Kindness and Respect are key to having a successful engagement and also leaves the door open for dates in the future, so practice them from the moment you decide to contact me.

My schedule is flexible, but please give me sufficient time to prepare for our date. Verification is a must for all new friends. So please be prepared with accurate info before contacting me for a date.

The rates are non-negotiable. Attempting to negotiate my rates request is offensive, and will result in any possible future encounter to be eliminated.

All dates over 3 hours must include a public outing of some kind. If you are unable to leave the hotel room during our date add a wishlist gift.

Please have the amount in an unsealed envelope ready at the beginning of our date. If we meet in public, having the envelope in a book or gift bag is appreciated for discretion.

If you have any request (example; dress casual, no perfume, etc.) Please send me an e-mail prior to our date. I will do my very best to grant your request(s) within reason.

Excellent Personal and Oral Hygiene is expected and essential to me. Take the proper steps to prepare prior to our date. Be freshly showered and well-groomed. If you are coming to my place, please feel free to use my shower and my mouthwash.

And last but not least, have fun, relax, and let me take care of the rest!

Deposit

Deposit of 20% will be required for all clients, non-refundable unless on the very rare occurrence I have to cancel.

Cancelations

I understand that life can interrupt our plans. If you need to reschedule, I am happy to accommodate within reason. If you need to cancel with 24hrs of our date,you will be required to pay the 20% cancellation fee. Longer dates are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
